All that’s required is an interest in photography. Wendy Milligan’s image of a Himalayan Blue Poppy was the winner of the Mike Moat’s annual International MACRO contest, The flower usually blooms for less than two weeks, and generally can be seen in mid-March. The image was taken at Longwood Gardens with a NIKON D500 camera, NIKON 105 mm macro lens at 1/100 sec, f/7.1, ISO 100 and no flash. Great image!
